General information and instructions on registration of domains in .BY zoneGENERAL INFORMATIONRegistration of domain names in .BY zone is done according to the document "Rules of registration and delegation of domain names in BY domain" (hereinafter the "Rules"). Applications for registration of domain names are accepted only in electronic form from the web-site: www.domain.by. Applications are sent to the Administrator of BY domain for consideration. After they are approved, applications are directed to the Technical Administrator, who performs invoicing, registration and technical procedures. IMPORTANT NOTES
Your payment for registration should arrive within 30 days after approval of application, otherwise your application is canceled and domain name becomes available for registration at www.domain.by for other users. PPRICE AND PAYMENT

Payment method: APPLICATION PROCEDURE Inportant notes: Session time is strictly limited! Time spent from the moment of checking the first domain at www.domain.by and until sending the completed application for registration of a domain to the Administrator of BY zone should not exceed 1 hour. Before you start checking any domain name and filling the registration form, please study the instruction carefully (text of instruction) and make sure you have all information that should be provided by you. If you surpass the allowed time, you will have to perform all operations from the very beginning. To register a domain you should do the following: 1. Check up a domain name in the database using search window at the bottom of main page. Just type in the domain name and press Check button. You can repeat this operation as many times as you have domain names to register. 2. If you see the message that a domain name is already registered, make another attempt after changing domain name. 3. If desired domain name is available, you can proceed to application for registration of it. 4. Tick all names you wish to register in the list of available domains. 5. Press the Registration button. 6. Complete the application form following the Instruction and examples. 7. Press Submit button. Your application will be sent to the Administrator of BY zone for approval to registration. Please make sure that all entered data are correct before pressing this button. 8. You will be advised of decision of the Administrator of BY zone within 5 business days by e-mail address specified in your application. 9. When your application is approved by the Administrator of BY zone, you will receive a request for your bank details needed for invoice. 10. After we receive your bank data and they are added to the rest information provided during the application process, you will be sent an invoice for registration from the Technical Administrator of BY zone. Invoices are sent to e-mail address in administrative contact.
